If you have a property on the Costa Del Sol, you are usually not present throughout the year. During periods of absence it gives peace if you know that a reliable person checks your home. We ensure that you can leave your home with confidence. Your home will be checked periodically and all these checks will be carried out by us personally and can be tailored entirely to your wishes.

What does property management per visit entail:

• Check for possible burglary marks

• Checking for possible (storm / water) damage to your home

• Checking all hinges and locks, locks, alarm system

• Checking and preventing pests (pests)

• Checking the electricity, sometimes it is incorrectly cut off

• Ventilating the home (preventing too much moisture, so that mold does not         get a chance)

• Collecting your mail and, if desired, forwarding it to your home address or via     e-mail.

• Water the plants in your home

• We may become the first contact person at the emergency center (if alarm is     present)

If there are defects in your home, we will find a suitable solution in consultation with you.
