GUEST SUPPORT
On behalf of you we will give your guests a warm welcome. Upon receipt, the following points, among others, will be dealt with.
- Welcome and familiarize yourself in the home (working television, air conditioning, ...)
- Give practical information and interesting tips about the area (if desired, a short tour of the urbanization ...)
- Collect the deposit (If required).
- Hand over the key.
- If required, we provide a welcome package (to be agreed with the owner).
- All tenants receive our telephone number so that they can call for our help in case of an emergency.
Among other things, the following points will be dealt with when guests leave and the final inspection;
- Check the property and its contents for defects, possibly returning the deposit.
- Take the key back.
