Who is the face behind Sun Property Services? My name is Helgo Feller, residing in Mijas-Costa, in beautiful Andalucia.

In my immediate environment I have noticed that there are quite a few people who own a second house on the coast. Many of these homeowners would like to rent out their holiday homes at times when they are not residing there themselves. Yet, this doesn't always happen. Often this is due to the difficulties that accompany setting up such a project from a distance, given the organization that renting out a holiday home entails.

I would love to be of service to you. Arranging, organizing, and coordinating makes me as happy as a pig in clover. Quality and attention to detail are essential to me. Since I have been residing on the Costa del Sol, I have built an extensive network of (local) people and businesses with whom I collaborate. This makes it possible to come up with a suitable solution to every challenge. Always at a competitive price.
